** You will act as a key technical partner for selected customers, ensuring smooth operation of their IT systems. With strong service orientation and solid technical expertise, you’ll help maintain stable environments while collaborating with an experienced team.
** Your Responsibilities:
*** Install, configure, and optimize Citrix and Microsoft server landscapes.
* Maintain and support customer environments.
* Contribute to IT projects and create technical concepts.
* Continuously expand your knowledge and explore new technologies.
* Work independently after onboarding while remaining team-oriented.

* What You Bring:

*** Completed IT apprenticeship in systems engineering.
* Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops, Windows Server/Client, and virtualization.
* Networking skills are an advantage.
* Experience in 2nd and 3rd level support.
* Strong communication skills and a natural, customer-friendly presence.
