What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Identify and research land opportunities for utility-scale renewable energy and energy storage projects
• Work on initiatives related to site acquisition, financing, and development of projects
• Negotiate with landowners on site control agreements
• Support development activities for renewable energy and energy storage projects
• Focus on tax abatement, permitting, and environmental compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 3-5+ years of experience in utility-scale renewable energy, energy storage, battery storage, LNG, or natural gas
• Hands-on experience with real estate transactions and contracts in the renewables, natural gas, LNG, or energy storage space
• Understanding of the RFP / RFI process for project development
• Knowledge of project siting, permitting, and due diligence for renewable projects
• Experience with site prospecting, land negotiations, and project financing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Exposure or project experience with energy storage, battery storage, or solar + storage
• Strong communication skills
