Asbestos Surveyor – North West Region (Home-Based)

Covering Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside & Cheshire
Salary:  £35,000 – £40,000 + company vehicle + overtime
Job Type:  Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Asbestos Surveyor looking for a stable, well-supported regional role across the North West — without constant nationwide travel or hotel stays?

We are supporting a respected UKAS-accredited consultancy seeking a qualified  Asbestos Surveyor  to join their expanding North West team. You’ll work across commercial, industrial and domestic sites across Manchester, Liverpool, Preston, Wigan, Warrington, Bolton and surrounding areas, with reporting completed from home.

What You’ll Be Doing as an Asbestos Surveyor     Completing  Management  and  Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D)  surveys across a mix of buildings
Carrying out  bulk sampling  in line with UKAS and HSE procedures
Producing clear, accurate  survey reports  using industry software (TEAMS, Alpha Tracker etc.)
Liaising professionally with clients, contractors and site contacts
Managing your diary with the support of an experienced scheduling and technical team
What You Must Have  To be considered, you must meet these essentials:
BOHS P402 qualification  (or RSPH Level 3 Surveying equivalent)
Proven experience delivering  Management and R&D surveys
Competence in  bulk sampling  and report writing
Understanding of UKAS and CAR 2012 compliance requirements
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience working within a  UKAS-accredited organisation  is a strong advantage.
