Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 plus benefits

We have a fantastic new role in the Exeter area for a Structural Engineer with specific experience working with Building Structures. This business has gone from strength to strength over the last few years and following a particularly successful period, is entering a new stage of expansion. They have a considerable share of the local market and are able to offer solid job security.

Responsibilities:

• Create structural drawings, models and details
• Adhere to BIM standards
• Import information from various software packages
• Lead projects – new build and refurbishment across a variety of backgrounds including grand designs, healthcare, pharmaceutical and residential
• Communicate directly with engineers, architects, the wider design team and contractors

As a member of a growing team, you will have the opportunity to progress and will be involved in high‑profile local projects ranging in value up to £30 m. A client‑facing role is expected and you should have experience running your own projects. The practice is dedicated to employee CPD and offers market‑leading software packages.
