About BIMxity At BIMxity, we are committed to helping contractors, consultants, and developers deliver projects with greater efficiency and coordination through innovative Building Information Modeling (BIM) services. As part of our growing team, we’re looking for Onsite BIM Modelers to be deployed to active project sites across Singapore and support real-time modeling needs directly from the ground.
Role OverviewWe’re hiring Onsite BIM Modelers who will work closely with site engineers, consultants, and the BIM team to develop and update 3D models in alignment with ongoing construction activities. You’ll play a key role in improving onsite coordination and accelerating model-based decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Model Architectural, Structural, or MEP elements in Autodesk Revit based on construction drawings and site conditions.
- Coordinate with site teams to incorporate mark-ups, as-built changes, and real-time updates into the BIM model.
- Assist in the generation of shop drawings, quantity take-offs, and schedules from BIM models.
- Support clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or similar tools.
- Ensure all models comply with project BIM standards, LOD, and data requirements.
- Collaborate with BIM Coordinators and site engineers to resolve modeling issues or discrepancies.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler (Revit-based).
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and familiarity with BIM 360/ACC.
- Knowledge of construction processes and onsite coordination practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Must be open to working onsite at client projects in Singapore.
- Experience in Scan-to-BIM or handling point cloud data.
- Familiar with Singapore local submission standards (BCA).
- Familiarity with ISO 19650, IFC workflows, or VDC processes.
