We are recruiting on behalf of a leading property consultancy for a Senior Surveyor to join their Rural & Agency team in Inverness. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified rural surveyor to take on a varied and rewarding role, providing specialist advice across rural valuations, sales, and property consultancy.
About the RoleAs a Senior Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering expert advice and services to clients across a broad range of rural assets. The role includes:
- Leading agency and management advice for rural land and property transactions
- Valuations for sale, letting, secured lending, tax planning, and rental purposes
- Consultancy on planning, wayleaves, sporting rights, access negotiations, and diversification projects
- Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
- Upholding health, safety, and environmental standards
- MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer
- Full UK Driving Licence
- CAAV membership (desirable)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
