A brilliant opportunity has opened for a Town Planner to join a growing team with an independent consultancy in the Cheltenham region.

With a mix of home working and office working my client is looking for candidates who have completed a MSc within Town Planning along with private sector and public sector experience. My client focuses on a wide range of projects from care, residential, commercial, rural and strategic land.

Your role will consist of the following:

- Delivering an excellent service to clients
Processing planning applications within a time frame
Producing reports and recommendations
Preparing evidence on appeals
Proving support and guidance to peers and junior members of the team
Be able to work independently with land owners, developers, listing buildings
