Permanent Opportunity

7:30-4 Mon–Thurs, 7:30-1:00 Fridays. 1 day remote working available. Northampton.

• Lead a team of Engineering Project Leads (EPLs) in the execution of all engineering aspects to deliver fully engineered and certified programs to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage a portfolio of engineering projects, including NPD, customer customization, certification programs, and aftermarket initiatives.
• Drive project planning, resource allocation, value management, KPI reporting, and schedule control using tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Maintain strong customer relationships with Airbus, Boeing, and major airlines, representing engineering in senior technical and program reviews.

• Degree qualification + project management qualification.
• Confident working with technical principle engineers.
• Proven customer facing project management experience.
• Leading direct management of small teams and indirect management of project teams.
