Service Engineer

Overview

A really good Field Service Engineer role covering the UK for a market leading manufacturer of packaging machinery supplied to the food industry. Home based; you will ideally be living in Northern England and ideally on the M62 corridor, although we will consider anyone living north of Birmingham.

• BASIC SALARY: up to £48,000
• Overtime and Bonus to earn up to £60,000
• Estate Car

Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer - Packaging Machinery / PPMA

This is a classic Field Service Engineer role involving repair, refurbishment, installation & commissioning (as well as generating after sales revenue where applicable) of a range of packaging machinery supplied to the food industry.

• You MUST have a proven track record as a Field Service Engineer with specific experience of working within the food industry ideally having worked with packaging machinery.
• The company WILL also consider experienced food industry factory Maintenance Engineers with hands on experience of working upon packaging machinery.
• You MUST be a qualified Electrical & Electronic or multi skilled Engineer.

Working for a market leading and well established UK sales & service office of a major European manufacturer of packaging machinery supplying the food industry.

You will be expected to stay away from home 2 to 3 nights per week on average and will work weekends circa once per month. Overtime is paid door to door.
