  • Leading operations support activities for analog deployments and demonstrations
  • Providing troubleshooting support and conducting end‑to‑end integration testing for robots in the company's Moonyard and Orbital Autonomy Lab
  • Participating in requirements analysis and conceptual design activities with other members of the engineering team
About you
  • Currently completing a degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline
  • Are eligible for security clearance in Canada (i.e. are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident)

  • Experience with container technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes for AWS in operational environments
  • Demonstrated deep expertise or understanding of software engineering principles in one or more programming languages
  • Prior experience with simulation software such as Gazebo
Special Comments
  • Security:
Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a security clearance in Canada at the reliability status level (and potentially at the higher levels) and pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
  • Due to the security clearance required for Mission Control's facility, only Canadian citizens and permanent residents are eligible at this time.
Location

The workplace for this position will be Mission Control's headquarters, which is located near the Bayview Train Station. Applicants should be able to commute to the workplace, however due to our commitment to the health & safety of our employees during the COVID pandemic, there will be some flexibility, and remote work may be possible for part of the work term.
