We’re looking for a highly skilled Wireless Communications Engineer to join this pioneering team.

• Design and develop algorithms for channel estimation, prediction, and radio resource management (RRM).
• Apply advanced mathematical and signal‑processing techniques (linear algebra, probability, matrix theory, etc.) to optimize wireless networks.
• Translate complex theory into practical, implementable engineering solutions.
• Work with teams to integrate algorithms into real‑time software and simulation frameworks (3
  
  GPP, O‑RAN, SON, RIC, SMO, etc.).
• Create clear, detailed technical documentation and share findings through reports, visualisations, or presentations.
• Optionally contribute to simulation frameworks, standards work (3
  
  GPP, IEEE, IETF), or research publications.

• MSc or PhD in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of wireless communication theory (MIMO, beamforming, channel estimation, RRM).
• Proficiency in linear algebra and matrix theory (SVD, eigen‑value problems, etc.).
• Understanding of probability theory and signal processing.
• Experience applying these principles to real‑world systems (e.g., RAN, silicon, or aerospace networks).
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bonus points for experience with MATLAB, Python (Num Py / Sci Py), NVIDIA Sionna, Aerial SDK, or QuaDRiGa.
• Knowledge of 5G , LTE, Wi‑Fi, or DVB‑S2X standards.
• Familiarity with optimisation methods, convex optimisation, or ML for wireless communications.
• Programming experience in C++, Go, Python, Java, or Rust.
• Background in AI/ML signal processing, neural networks, or GPU‑based frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, CUDA).
• Research publications or patents in wireless communications.
