• Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the project life cycle: requirements gathering and analysis, solution design testing and implementation, post‑production support, and platform evolution.
• Assist the application team with the installation, maintenance and support of the Software components on various Windows Servers. (Terminal Server, SQL Server, Jboss Server, BPS Server, Print Server, DR servers)
• Daily cooperation with different teams and customers.
• Reporting to the management team about the progress of the Installations.
• Close collaboration and alignment with Project Managers about the project milestones.
• Performing the Installations (application relevant) by predefined instruction documents.
• Running the (application relevant) Oracle Database updates and applying patches.
• Creating necessary documentation for each step of installation.

• Bachelor's degree in related fields.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, planning, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to create and present clear architecture diagrams and system design documentation.
• Experience with installing applications per the provided installation instructions and Configuration, Change and Release Management Process Guides.
• Experience with Windows Server operating systems for aspects related to database management.
• Experience with Firewall configuration settings.
• Experience with LDAP/Active Directory configuration settings.
• Experience in complex architectures with databases: clustering, replication (Availability Groups, Mirroring, RAC, Data Guard, etc).
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Red Hat Open Shift, JFrog for container orchestration, scaling, and monitoring.
• Proven experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Basic SQL/PLSQL Scripting knowledge.
• HP ALM experience is an advantage.
• Service Now experience is an advantage.
• Experience with the documentation methodologies like CSV, and GAMP 5 is an advantage.
• Strong written and oral communication skills is needed.
• Written and oral fluency in English is a must, second language is a plus.
