TRAINEE Mechanical Engineering Tutor – Home based in Kent area

Salary: £36,500 per year (starting salary plus bonus). Job type:
Full-time, Permanent – Trainee Position (training provided).

• Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of Level 3 and Level 4 Mechanical Engineering qualifications.
• Provide hands‑on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the training centre.
• Mentor and train apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.
• Work in a rewarding, self‑motivated team environment that values a hands‑on approach.

• Minimum 5 years of occupational experience in Mechanical Engineering (maintenance or design background preferred).
• Mandatory Level 4 engineering‑related qualification.
• Good communication, presentation skills, and ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
• Enhanced DBS clearance required.
