Responsibilities- Perform complex manufacturing tasks while adhering to quality standards and company processes.
- Conduct product assessments, identify faults or non‑compliances, and participate in root‑cause analysis.
- Manage and record build configurations using tools such as IBS/Oracle and Palma.
- Support continuous improvement projects that keep Thales at the forefront of technology.
- Work with electrical, mechanical and optical components; test and align opto‑mechanical systems and diagnose electronic systems to component level.
- Experience in an industrial or engineering environment is essential.
- Ability to assemble, align and test complex systems to the highest standards.
- Strong time‑management, problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A desire to innovate and continuously improve processes.
- Basic PC skills and the ability to manage technical systems.
