The successful candidate will join a high‑performing team responsible for delivering world‑class cast components to exacting standards in one of the most advanced manufacturing sectors.

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust process engineering procedures.
• Reduce process‑related scrap and drive cost‑effective production solutions.
• Provide technical support for production and customer qualification requirements.
• Produce detailed qualification reports and review metallurgical designs for compliance.
• Lead and support engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Interact directly with customers to resolve technical challenges.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Review and approve metallurgical requirements in customer specifications.
• Drive process improvement projects with a focus on quality, consistency and cost reduction.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a structured approach to problem‑solving.
• Demonstrated ability to identify root causes.

• 1 day working from home.
