The BIM Revit Coordinator and Modeler is responsible for managing and coordinating BIM models for Altanergy's building electromechanical projects. This role involves close collaboration with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of BIM models throughout the project.

• Project Team Coordination :
  • Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate information into the BIM model.
  • Organize and lead BIM coordination meetings to align teams on project goals and deadlines.
  • Facilitate communication between various disciplines to ensure consistency and integrity of BIM models.
• Create, develop, and maintain BIM models using Revit, adhering to industry standards and project specifications.
• Regularly update models based on design changes and feedback from project teams.
• Detect and resolve conflicts in models (clash detection) using appropriate BIM tools.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance :
  • Ensure that models comply with BIM standards and the specific requirements of Altanergy's projects.
  • Conduct regular quality checks of models, identifying potential errors and proposing solutions.
  • Document BIM processes and produce reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Training and Support :
  • Provide technical support to Revit users within the team.
  • Train new team members on BIM processes and the use of modeling tools.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in BIM technologies and recommend improvements for internal processes.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit and other BIM tools (AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and best practices in the HVAC industry.
• Project management experience, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

• Guarantee smooth coordination among all stakeholders, enabling seamless project delivery.
• Continuously improve BIM processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
