Are you an experienced Registered Energy Advisor who’s ready to take the next step in your career with a company that’s as committed to sustainability as you are? Carbon Wise, a Benefit Company dedicated to accelerating low‑carbon construction, is looking for an Energy Advisor who can perform existing home energy audits independently and has submitted at least 50 files through their Service Organization.

- Registered Energy Advisor in good standing
- At least 50 completed files through your Service Organization
- Able to perform existing home audits on your own across the Lower Mainland
- Able to run mid‑construction blower door tests without supervision
- Strong with planning, prioritizing, multitasking
- Proactive, self‑directed, comfortable managing your own workload
- Ready to support our work on low‑carbon and sustainable construction
- Willing to learn embodied carbon and LCA concepts

- New Homes
Experience:
You’ve got experience/knowledge with new homes, Net‑Zero homes, Passive House, VBBL, and Step Code. - Knowledge of Emissions:
You understand the concepts of operational and embodied emissions. - LCA Training:
You’re open to being trained on Life Cycle Assessments in the future.
We offer flexible employment options with the possibility of working part‑time or full‑time. The role is remote (you must have your home office) with travel across the Lower Mainland for site visits, giving you the freedom to manage your schedule while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance. You'll be part of a supportive, remote team that values collaboration and independence.
Pay depends on the arrangement and aligns with market rates in line with an equivalent full‑time salary range of $55,000 to $65,000.
