Location: Peterborough (hybrid working, 2–3 days per week in the office)

• Lead all aspects of commercial and cost management for assigned projects, supporting the Project Commercial Manager.
• Implement robust cost management processes, ensuring accurate reporting, data analysis, and informed commercial decision‑making.
• Ensure all project team members understand and adhere to contractual agreements, meeting the expectations of both clients and partner organisations.
• Collaborate with the Delivery Team to identify, implement, and monitor efficiency strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain comprehensive financial records, including final accounts, ensuring financial transparency for audits and cost assurance.

• Proven expertise in cost management and commercial operations within the construction sector.
• A passion for Commercial Management and a drive to deliver excellence.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and safety standards.
• A proactive mindset, comfortable challenging existing processes to enhance commercial outcomes.
• A degree (or equivalent) in engineering, management, or cost disciplines is highly desirable.
