One of the UK’s leading construction and property consultancies are currently seeking an experienced and highly capable CDM Consultant to assist in the delivery of a varied portfolio of projects. Projects predominantly across Nottingham and the wider East Midlands.

This organisation are seeking a CDM Consultant as they continue to expand and be involved in an ever growing list of developments across the region.

The successful CDM Consultant will be involved in the full array of CDM duties across multiple projects.

• Provide CDM advisory and Principal Designer services.
• Review and manage design risk.
• Attend meetings and site inspections across the East Midlands.
• Review H&S documentation and pre-construction information.
• Support project teams through to completion.

• £50,000 to £60,000 per annum (DOE)
