• Proven track record of managing complex subsea projects from concept to completion.
• In-depth knowledge of subsea production systems, pipelines, structures, and ancillaries.
• Experience with subsea design and analysis software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote tasks.

Our client seeks a highly experienced Senior Reservoir Engineer to join their dynamic team. This hybrid role will be based in Milton Keynes, with a mix of office‑based collaboration and remote work flexibility.

• Conduct detailed reservoir engineering studies and analyses.
• Develop and implement optimised reservoir development and production strategies.
• Perform reservoir simulations to predict performance and evaluate different scenarios.
• Estimate manage hydrocarbon reserves and resources.
• Evaluate the economic viability of field development projects.
• Monitor reservoir performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations.
• Mentor and guide junior reservoir engineers.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and new technologies in reservoir engineering.

• Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in reservoir engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., ECLIPSE, Petrel RE).
• Strong knowledge of reservoir characterization, petrophysics, and geology.
• Experience with production forecasting and reserve estimation methodologies.
