Our client, a leading entity in the Oil & Gas sector, is seeking an experienced Subsea Field Development Engineer to join their innovative team. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, balancing essential site visits with productive remote workdays. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the planning, design, and execution of subsea field development projects, ensuring optimal production and operational integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of subsea field development projects.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate subsea technologies, equipment, and architecture.
  • Develop and manage project scope, budgets, and schedules for subsea developments.
  • Oversee the engineering, procurement, and construction phases of subsea projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical reviews.
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Optimize subsea system performance and production efficiency.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in subsea field development engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex subsea projects from concept to completion.
  • In-depth knowledge of subsea production systems, pipelines, structures, and ancillaries.
  • Experience with subsea design and analysis software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote tasks.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • Understanding of relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.

Senior Reservoir Engineer – Hybrid

Our client seeks a highly experienced Senior Reservoir Engineer to join their dynamic team. This hybrid role will be based in Milton Keynes, with a mix of office‑based collaboration and remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed reservoir engineering studies and analyses.
  • Develop and implement optimised reservoir development and production strategies.
  • Perform reservoir simulations to predict performance and evaluate different scenarios.
  • Estimate manage hydrocarbon reserves and resources.
  • Evaluate the economic viability of field development projects.
