* Role Overview:
* We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our existing and expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background within the construction industry, specifically with a strong mechanical bias.

This is a hybrid role - with some home working permitted. However the candidate must be in a location to commute to our office in Telford.

Minimum Requirements:

* Experience in carrying out Mechanical building services design within the construction industry

HNC in Relevant Building Services

Experience using Auto CAD

Experience using Revit

Experience using IES

* Additional skills.
* * In-depth electrical expertise

* Competent IT / software skills

* Effective communication skills, verbal and written

* Ability to organise your time and be self-motivated

* As Positive attitude and Team Player

* A thorough understanding of relevant regulations and standards

* Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations

* In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and building processes

* Quality and Assurance Management

* Construction Programme Management
