To support our growth in Switzerland, we are looking for a Quality Manager Helicopter (M /

F) act as the primary contact for all quality and safety management matters related to customer orders and projects, while continuously monitoring and improving associated processes.

• Oversee quality assurance in helicopter maintenance, including the management of employee qualification, licensing, and authorization processes.
• Handle and follow up on actions resulting from safety and incident reports.
• Plan and conduct audits and quality inspections.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including the VBS.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards and best practices.

• Solid understanding of applicable regulations (. EASA Part 145, Part M, Part 21)
• Completed technical education or degree (. aeronautical engineering, mechanical engineering)
• Prior experience in the aviation sector required, ideally with exposure to quality management (entry into QM possible with relevant background)
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
• Fluent in both German and English
• Strong analytical skills, with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
