Your Responsibilities

• Evaluate integration and performance of hydraulic components on customer machines during commissioning phases
• Provide technical assistance to OEMs during development particularly for functional issues with hydraulic systems
• Plan coordinate and monitor field validation tests to ensure product reliability and performance under real operating conditions
• Acquire and process long‑term data and load spectra to support durability and application‑specific validation
• Analyze deviations observed during end‑of‑line testing and assess their potential impact on machine applications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Solid knowledge or experience of hydraulic systems in product development testing or application engineering with a focus on axial piston pumps, motors and hydraulic valves
• Experience in using sensors (pressure, temperature, flow, displacement) and conducting signal analysis for diagnostics and performance evaluation
• Strong autonomy and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent problem‑solving skills especially in field and test‑related context
• Clear customer orientation with a proactive solution‑driven mindset and effective communication skills
• Willingness to travel 610 times per year primarily within Europe to support customer activities, field tests and commissioning phases
• Good command of German, French and English (spoken and written)
