Responsibilities

End-to-End Bid Management:
Lead the entire bidding lifecycle, from initial RFQ receipt to final contract award, ensuring every proposal is technically compliant and commercially viable.
Strategic Partnership:
Act as a dedicated account manager and primary technical point of contact, fostering friendly, culturally respectful relationships rather than distant transactions.
Personalized Accountability:
Treat customer challenges as your own and go the extra mile to ensure clients feel valued and understood.
Order Management:
Take full ownership of orders from initiation to project completion, ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality.
Vendor Registration:
Manage the process of becoming a registered vendor for new customers to expand our inquiry pipeline and market reach.

What You Are

Technical Foundation:
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred) or Business Administration.
Industry

Experience:

You have 3–5 years of progressive experience in tendering, procurement, estimation, or sales within the industrial or energy sectors.
Personal Integrity:
You are honest to a fault, ethical, and take full responsibility for your actions and results.
Detail-Oriented & Driven:
You possess a hands-on mentality, are comfortable with mathematics, and have a desire to optimize workflows.
Communicator:
You are fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or German is a significant advantage for bridging our global offices and markets.
Mindset:
You are proactive, work well independently, and are always willing to learn from both successes and mistakes.
