Job Description
At ATHEER Connectivity, we are pioneering high-speed mmWave wireless solutions, enabling fiber-like connectivity for ISPs and enterprises. As we expand our market presence, we are looking for a technical Pre‑Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between customer needs and our cutting‑edge wireless solutions.

Key Responsibilities Technical Pre‑Sales & Customer Engagement- Work closely with sales teams and customers to understand technical requirements and propose tailored wireless solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof‑of‑concept (PoC) setups for clients.
- Act as a technical advisor, addressing customer concerns and ensuring seamless integration of our technology.
- Design wireless network architectures using our 60 GHz solutions based on customer needs.
- Develop and deliver technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation.
- Assist in network planning, link budget calculations, and feasibility assessments.
- Work with engineering and product teams to ensure alignment between sales and technology.
- Train internal teams, partners, and customers on Atheer's wireless solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in pre‑sales, technical sales, or wireless network engineering.
- Strong knowledge of RF design, mmWave, or microwave solutions.
- Hands‑on experience with wireless network planning tools is a plus.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and customer interaction skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business‑friendly solutions.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, demonstrations, and field support.
- Industry‑aligned salary based on experience.
