The ProjectThis project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands‑on Construction Management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub‑contract packages.
You’ll Be Responsible For- Undertake MEP engineering tasks ensuring compliance with Mace standards.
- Deliver MEP services engineering and support programme, HSW, quality, and commissioning.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Provide technical input for tendering and procurement strategies.
- Review contracts, scopes, schedules, and support commercial teams.
- Deploy technical plans aligned with Mace priorities, including prefabrication and safety.
- Review consultant/trade information for compliance and sustainability.
- Prepare delivery strategies and programmes for all phases.
- Implement commissioning standards and monitor productivity.
- Support project close‑out, risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and net‑zero carbon goals.
- Necessary visa criteria for Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience on high‑value projects/programmes for a project‑management consultancy business, required for immigration and client approval.
- Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, FLS and systems integration using a data network controlling, BMS, SCADA, PMS, CCMS, AV, Lighting Control, Tetra, Security/CCTV/ Access Control, IPTV/IRS, etc.
- Good knowledge & application of design, construction systems, risk management and mitigation.
- Proven knowledge of prefabrication / DfMA build strategies.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
