Réalis are currently looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and locations within UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high‑profile projects within the UAE.
- Experience in one of the following key sectors: hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure, etc.
- Must have consultant and/or client background for a minimum of 4 years.
- Knowledge in the use of QS software such as CostX or similar is required.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Possess a good project background and proven English‑language technical writing ability and skills.
- Previous experience of FIDIC Contracts preferred.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years post‑degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
