Overview
Atkins Realis is seeking an experienced Information Manager with expertise in site supervision to oversee and manage the project information systems for a large-scale Building project in the UAE. The successful candidate will ensure that all project information is accurately captured, processed, and shared across stakeholders, with a particular focus on the site supervision aspects. This role requires deep knowledge of LOD 400 and 500 standards and must be filled by a candidate who is fluent in Arabic, as communication with local teams and stakeholders is key.
Your role- Information Systems:
Set up and maintain systems for handling project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules. - Site Data Management:
Ensure accurate and up-to‑date project data is available for the site team and other stakeholders. - Collaborative Communication:
Support and facilitate communication across all teams involved in the project, from construction to design to project management. - Training and Support:
Train site personnel on information management tools, procedures, and standards, including LOD 400/500 specifications and document control protocols. - Risk Management:
Identify potential risks related to information flow or document management and propose solutions. - Compliance:
Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and company policies concerning information management and data privacy.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in information management and site supervision, preferably in large‑scale Building and infrastructure projects.
- Significant experience with LOD 400/500 BIM standards, including managing detailed models for large construction projects.
- Experience in the UAE or GCC region is highly desirable, with knowledge of local standards, regulations, and construction practices.
- Previous involvement in the construction and management of building projects is a strong advantage.
- Must have extensive understanding of 4D & 5D deliverables and related protocols.
- Drives the strategic planning and management of BIM functions, including management of Asset Information Model (AIM) with COBie.
