Your Opportunity
Our dam practitioners work collaboratively to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions to our clients and communities on unique dam, reservoir, and hydropower projects Nationally and Globally. As a senior geotechnical engineer, you will have the opportunity to:
Support the design, analysis, and construction of dams, reservoirs, dykes, spillways, and hydropower projects across Canada.
Conduct Dam Safety Reviews and inspections in accordance with Canadian Dam Association Guidelines, with opportunities for short-duration travel within Canada.
Manage and coordinate geotechnical-focused and multidisciplinary project teams, commensurate with your experience and capabilities.
Mentor and be mentored by colleagues across a breadth of experience fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners.
Contribute to business development, proposal preparation, and market expansion initiatives.
Drive innovation by leading or contributing to digitization initiatives, advanced numerical modeling, market research, and the development of emerging technologies, with a focus on climate change adaptation, risk and liability reduction, and aging dams.
