Position Title:
Building Information Modeling (BIM) Manager

Reports to: Director, Engineering Services

Based at: Regional Office or Remote Work option

Position

Purpose:

Responsible for leading the strategic development, implementation, and continuous improvement of AutoCAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM) practices across the organization. This role ensures efficient digital design workflows, coordination among multidisciplinary teams and the delivery of high-quality drawings and models that support design and delivery of projects related to buildings.

Will also act as SME for design modeling software use and set up best practices; provide user support and training and assist multidisciplinary project teams to ensure expectations are clear and scope is defined for successful project execution and client satisfaction.
