• Precision engineering business supplying into aerospace, motor sport and other high‑spec sectors
• This role offers hybrid / remote working flexibility requiring occasional visits to the West Mids office – typically once a week or once a fortnight (TBC).

Do you combine engineering expertise with strong estimating skills and commercial awareness? This role sits at the heart of the engineering team, supporting quotations, cost analysis and continuous improvement.

• Previous experience in estimating or costing within a precision engineering or CNC machining environment.
• Good understanding of machining processes, materials, tooling and fixtures.
• Able to manage workload across a small team and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable supporting cost‑saving initiatives and analysing cost‑of‑sales data.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Within a maximum of 50 miles of the Willenhall Offices.
