Estimator - Infrastructure

Turner & Townsend is recruiting Estimators and Senior Estimators with proven experience across the Infrastructure sector (Rail, Airports, Highways, Power, Water, Utilities). Opportunities are open in our London, Birmingham, Bristol and Manchester offices, with remote work possible for UK‑based clients.

• Produce accurate and comprehensive estimates and cost plans for projects in a timely and efficient manner.
• Control and manage the estimating process at the project level.
• Produce estimates independently without management or supervision.
• Support the development and promotion of estimating good practice within Turner & Townsend.
• Assist in the achievement of departmental objectives.
• Stay abreast of developments within your technical area of expertise to give best‑practice advice in line with business objectives.

• Qualified to a high standard in Estimating or Quantity Surveying with proven, relevant experience.
• Successful experience of providing estimating and/or QS services in a large project environment.
• Previous experience working with estimating software packages.
• Membership of a relevant professional body with chartered status, or working towards it.
• Desirable: membership of RICS, CIOB or equivalent.
