-Ensure all competency materials reflect the latest system configuration, standards, and methods introduced by the transformation programme. Community Building & User Engagement
-Grow and nurture an active community of NX users, including Key Users, Champions, and advanced practitioners.

-Lead the user engagement strategy through communities of practice, drop-in clinics, newsletters, user events etc.

-Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to Key Users to develop them into future digital design and manufacturing experts.

-Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing. Governance, Standards & Compliance
-Ensure all learning approaches and user adoption activities are aligned with business standards, processes, and governance.

-Collaborate with NX SMEs, Process Owners, and Configuration Leads to maintain consistency in methods and tool usage.

-Promote and enforce standardised approaches to modelling, drafting, PMI, variant management, and manufacturing approaches within NX. Adoption, Performance & Reporting
-Monitor and report on adoption metrics, competency progress, user engagement, and areas requiring intervention.

-Identify skill gaps, training needs, and emerging challenges across user groups.

-Manage, triage, and track user queries, escalating to SMEs where required. Continuous Improvement
-Stay current with Siemens NX capabilities, industry best practice, and digital engineering trends, ensuring the competency roadmap evolves accordingly.

-Contribute to the long-term Digital Engineering strategy as part of the transformation programme. Qualifications &
