Engineer; UAE Nationals

We are seeking a Graduate Engineer (UAE National) for an oil and gas EPC company.

This opportunity is ideal for ambitious UAE National engineering graduates who are looking to start their professional career within the Oil & Gas EPC industry. The successful candidates will be deployed to remote project sites and will gain hands‑on experience supporting the delivery of major engineering, procurement, and construction projects across the UAE.

As a Graduate Engineer, you will have the below key responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Assist project teams in the execution of Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Support engineering activities related to design, construction, commissioning, and project delivery.
• Participate in technical reviews, inspections, and site coordination activities.
• Prepare engineering reports, documentation, and technical records as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.

• Monitor and support daily project site activities while adhering to company procedures.
• Assist in resolving engineering and construction‑related issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and environmental requirements.

• Participate in structured training and development programs.
• Develop technical, operational, and project management competencies.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to continuous learning and professional growth.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship or industrial training experience in engineering or construction environments is an advantage.
• Willingness to work at remote project locations across the UAE.

• UAE National (Emirati).
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
