Location: City Of London
Mitie is seeking an Asset Condition Surveyor based in Birmingham. You will conduct professional asset condition surveys of mechanical, electrical and fabric building services across the client estate, validating asset lists and assessing condition against CIBSE Guide M grading.
2-3 days per week on site with the remaining days working from home, ensuring data quality and compliance with Mitie taxonomy and contract requirements.
