Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC Retrofit Sales Engineer to identify, develop and secure retrofit opportunities across commercial and industrial customers. You will manage opportunities from prospecting through project handover, building strong customer relationships and achieving revenue and margin objectives.
Responsibilities include site surveys, developing proposals, presenting solutions and negotiating contracts while collaborating with internal teams to ensure on-time project delivery.
