RCM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly independent Sr Design Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) with 8+ years of field survey and CAD production experience.
The role supports projects from site survey through preliminary design and into construction documents, reporting to the Senior MEP Engineer in Puerto Rico. The candidate will perform hands-on AutoCAD design and drafting, develop preliminary layouts, and transition to CAD production as the Puerto Rico practice grows.
