Senior Electrical Estimator

The business is a $1B+ national electrical contractor seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to support its continued growth.

With an established presence across commercial, healthcare, industrial, institutional, manufacturing, renewable energy and mission-critical markets, the business delivers complex electrical projects for some of the country's leading organisations.

This is an opportunity to join an established and growing contractor, working on high-profile projects spanning hyperscale data centers, advanced manufacturing and next-generation power infrastructure, while benefiting from the flexibility of a fully remote position.

• Review electrical drawings, specifications, RFQs and technical documentation.
• Prepare detailed material, labour and equipment estimates.
• Complete electrical take-offs and assess project requirements.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Develop competitive pricing proposals and support bid submissions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Procurement and Operations teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve estimating accuracy and bid competitiveness.

• Proven experience in electrical estimating, technical quotations or electrical project support.
• Previous experience within an electrical contractor preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, power distribution and associated equipment.
• Familiarity with switch gear, switchboards, transformers and medium-voltage equipment.
• Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail and organisational skills.
