• Own the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
• Partner with leadership to define product strategy and prioritize features that matter.
• Collaborate across teams engineering, design, and marketing to clarify requirements and remove blockers.
• Work with Figma designers (or bring one onboard) to translate ideas into intuitive UI/UX.
• Manage third‑party integrations to deliver a seamless gaming experience.
• Introduce lightweight processes to keep projects on track without unnecessary overhead.
• Stay hands‑on: QA features, write documentation, manage edge cases, and jump in wherever needed.
• Apply insights from sports betting usability, casino revenue optimization, and loyalty program design.

• Experience in sports betting, poker, or iGaming, with knowledge of regulated markets and loyalty programs.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving forward without a playbook.
• Outcome‑driven: you take ownership and do what needs to be done.
• Skilled at communicating product requirements in Figma or by collaborating with designers.
• Startup‑minded: focused on shipping, not managing people.
• Technical enough to engage with engineers and practical enough to know when to stop refining and start building.

• Experience with betting mechanics, affiliate systems, or campaign tooling.
• Familiarity with Figma design systems.
• Ability to interpret logs, trace bugs, or support partner integrations independently.
