Minimum  120+ hours per month

Work Timings:
Shifts scheduled between  12:00 PM (Noon) to 3:00 AM (IST)
(Flexible within this window based on operational needs)

Job Description:

We are seeking a  Gaming Customer Support Representative  to provide high-quality email and chat support to our gaming customers. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, tech-savvy, and familiar with gaming communities and platforms such as  Discord and Twitch . This is a remote role requiring reliable availability during late evening and night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via  email and live chat  in a timely and professional manner
Assist users with account, gameplay, technical, and community-related issues
Moderate and engage with users on  Discord servers  as required
Understand and support customer interactions related to  Twitch streams and integrations
Escalate complex issues to internal teams when necessary
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
Ensure a positive and engaging experience for gaming customers

Requirements:
Fluency in English  (written and verbal)
Own  laptop/desktop  with  preferably 16 GB RAM or above
Strong written communication skills for email and chat support
Comfortable working between 12 PM and 3 AM IST
Stable high-speed internet connection
Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in  gaming customer support
Working knowledge of Discord  (servers, channels, moderation tools)
Passion for gaming and online communities
