You will be responsible for developing and implementing winning strategies for our competitive esports teams, providing in-depth game analysis, and coaching players to achieve peak performance.

You will work closely with players, team managers, and analysts to refine strategies, improve player execution, and foster a cohesive and high-performing team culture. • Develop and refine game-specific strategies, tactics, and meta-analysis for various esports titles.
• Provide individualized and team-based coaching to players, focusing on skill development, decision-making, and teamwork.
• Conduct in-depth VOD reviews and live analysis sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate with team managers and analysts to create comprehensive training schedules and performance plans.
• Stay consistently updated on game patches, updates, and emerging trends within the esports ecosystem.
• Foster a positive and disciplined team environment conducive to high performance.
• Communicate effectively with a remote team, utilizing various collaboration tools and platforms.
• Assist in player recruitment and evaluation by providing expert insights into potential candidates' strategic capabilities.
• Contribute to the overall strategic direction and competitive growth of the organization.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding team strategies and proprietary information.

• Demonstrable experience as an esports coach or high-level strategist in one or more popular competitive titles (e.g., League of Legends, CS:GO, Valorant, Dota
  2).
• Deep understanding of game mechanics, strategic depth, and competitive meta across multiple esports genres.
• Proven ability to analyze gameplay, identify weaknesses, and develop effective strategic solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills, particularly in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently.
• Experience working with diverse international teams and cultures is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A genuine passion for esports and competitive gaming.
• Proficiency with common communication and collaboration tools (Discord, Slack, etc.).
