Credit Controller – Maternity Cover

We are currently working with a market leading business based in Southport that are looking to bring in a Credit Controller to their Finance Team. They are ideally looking for someone who will be responsible to liaise with both internal and external customers to resolve day to day queries, the end goal is to minimise bad debt.

Credit Controller – The job:

* Collecting overdue debt and ensuring customer spend is within the credit limits

* Monitor customer credit limits and spend, obtain customer credit reports when required

* Produce reports for overdue accounts to make collection calls, send letters and suspend deliveries

* Follow company policy on high-risk customers, any change of ownership, closure of a business or liquidation/administration

Credit Controller

– The Person :

* Good knowledge of Microsoft office packages, outlook, excel and word

* Excellent communication skills

* Problem solving skills

* Confident and Motivated

Credit Controller – The Package:
