We are proud to be partnering with an industry leading organisation based in Coventry who are looking to appoint a Credit Controller on a permanent basis.

This will be a full-time position offering a salary of £30,000 and a hybrid working policy of 2 days in the office and 3 days home working.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Collecting payment by phone and email, and taking responsibility for outbound and inbound calls
• Running Age Debt Reports and maintaining customer portfolio
• Monitoring the Collections inbox in a timely manner
• Raising credits and avoiding backlogs
• Preparing bad debt write off and actioning write offs
• Allocating payments and ensuring the ledgers are accurate

• Experience managing a Ledger
• Confident with V, XLookups and Pivot Tables
• Experience running aged debt reports

• 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Pension (up to 10% pension contribution)
• Hybrid working (3 days WFH and 2 in office)
• Flexi time

• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
