Paraplanner Team Leader

As a Para Planner Team Leader, you’ll oversee a talented team while continuing to apply your technical expertise across the whole of market.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and mentor a team of Paraplanners, ensuring high standards of delivery.

* Provide technical support across the full spectrum of financial planning.

* Contribute to complex cases, including Defined Benefit Transfers (experience advantageous but not essential).

* Collaborate with advisers and stakeholders to ensure seamless client service.

* Support the business through growth and change, including occasional travel to the central site in Hook.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has proven Paraplanning experience within the Wealth Management sector.

* Works confidently across the whole of market.

* Holds a Diploma in Financial Planning. If you are working towards Chartered Status or have completed the J09 module this would be advantageous.

* Is ready to progress from Senior or Technical Paraplanner into more of a leadership role.
