Senior Personal Banker – Ilford

Join Nat West as a Senior Personal Banker based in Ilford, United Kingdom. The role is full‑time and is offered on a 12‑month contract with competitive salary starting at £28,050 pro‑rata for hours worked.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers via video banking, face‑to‑face visits and outbound care calls.
• Conduct Financial Health checks, review customer accounts and identify suitable products and services, including mortgages, private banking, business banking and protection.
• Act as a trusted adviser, providing customers with the knowledge they need to make the most of their money and savings.

Required skills and experience

• Experience working in a customer service environment with the ability to thrive under pressure and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Ability to coach the branch team to acquire, grow and retain quality customer relationships via regular customer care calls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in building relationships.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.

Working pattern

Flexible shifts between 8 am and 8 pm, including bank holidays. You will be branch‑based at times and also work from home as required.
