Join our Global Markets Group (GMG) Finance Team as
** GMG EA FP&A Manager
** and play a key role shaping financial decisions and driving performance.

This is an 8-month fixed-term contract for a Maternity Cover.

This role can be based either in our London Office or our UK Corporate Office in Folkestone, Kent, offering home working for up to 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Monthly Analysis of Results
* Assist with analysing financial results to identify key drivers and variances against plan, prior year, and forecast.
* Produce standard monthly reports for Europe & Africa GMG.
* Conduct ad-hoc reviews of customer and brand profitability and recommend improvements.
* Review GMG cost centre performance.

Departmental Costs
* Ensure GMG department costs are fully understood and communicated.
* Prepare quarterly forecasts for the GMG cost centre.

Sales / Spend Tracking & Forecasting
* Support and challenge account managers on sales performance and expectations.
* Assist in producing robust monthly and quarterly financial forecasts.
* Consolidate forecasts for sales, trade costs, and marketing spend across Europe & Africa.

Monthly & Year-End Reporting
* Assist with month-end close and reporting, including adjustments.
* Collaborate with the Finance Apprentice to ensure accuracy of month-end entries.

Education & Experience:

* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (desirable).
* Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent.

We’re looking for someone with strong analytical capabilities and a proactive mindset. You should be confident in financial planning and budgeting, including creating and consolidating annual budgets and forecasts. Advanced Excel modelling skills are essential for building scalable and auditable financial models. You’ll need to be adept at variance analysis, diagnosing and explaining deviations between actuals, forecasts, and budgets. Excellent time management and organisational skills are key to prioritising competing deadlines and managing month-end and quarter-end cycles effectively.

This role works Monday – Friday, 37-hours per  return we offer a competitive package, including 24 days annual leave (pro rata), a pension matched up to 9%, life assurance cover and membership of a health cash plan.
