Key responsibilities:

Preparation of management accounts Preparation of budgets/forecasts Provide accurate reporting to support decision-making at board level Preparing year-end accounts and liaising with auditors Overseeing a small team Implementing process improvements across the finance function Other ad-hoc duties as required Requirements:
