Overview
This is a high-impact Finance Transformation Manager position with line management responsibility for 3 direct reports. You will drive strategic, end-to-end finance transformation initiatives, modernising processes, systems, and ways of working while ensuring alignment with wider business objectives. You’ll be based in a best-in-class office environment with a 4 days onsite / 1 day from home working pattern.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive finance transformation roadmap aligned to corporate strategy.
- Lead end-to-end finance transformation projects, from initial design through to delivery, change management, and benefits realisation.
- Redesign and optimise core finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Drive the adoption of digital finance solutions, including ERP systems, RPA, AI, and advanced analytics.
- Lead and develop a team of 3 direct reports, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the business, challenging the status quo and bringing people on the transformation journey.
- Embed sustainable change through effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified.
- Proven experience in a Finance Transformation or Change-focused finance role, leading projects end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of finance processes and systems, with hands-on experience driving operational improvement.
- Inquisitive, commercially minded, and confident challenging existing processes to deliver better outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and lead change across the business.
- Previous experience managing teams and leading through transformation is highly desirable.
