This is a highly visible Finance Manager position, playing a critical role in shaping the Group’s short, medium, and long-term financial plans. You will be responsible for delivering robust, insightful budgets and forecasts that instil confidence with investors and enable high-quality, data-driven decision-making at Executive level. Working closely with senior finance leadership and partnering with the Finance Transformation Manager, this role offers the opportunity to influence how financial planning is delivered across the Group, while helping to modernise and automate forecasting and planning processes.

• Own and operate the annual budgeting and in-year forecasting cycles, ensuring timelines, inputs, and deliverables are clearly understood and consistently met.
• Lead the strategic financial planning process, including the creation and maintenance of the annual financial reporting calendar.
• Produce and maintain the Group’s 5-year financial plan, including P&L, balance sheet, cashflow, and supporting analysis.
• Provide clear insight into forecast financial performance, key risks, opportunities, and impacts on overall Group performance and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with the Finance Transformation Manager to identify and implement improved processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and automation.
• Reduce reliance on manual processes by driving continuous improvement across budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning activities.
• Support Executive leadership with high-quality financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

• ACA / ACCA qualified.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning within a complex organisation.
• Proven ability to produce long-range financial models including P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow.
• Commercially astute with the confidence to challenge assumptions and provide insight to senior stakeholders.
• Experience working within a regulated environment would be advantageous.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and contributing to finance transformation initiatives.
