About the Role

Shape the Numbers. Shape the Future. Are you ready to take your finance career to the next level? We’re looking for a Management Accountant to join our high‑performing team and play a pivotal role in driving financial success across the business.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Own the numbers:
    Deliver accurate, insightful monthly management accounts – including P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, variance analysis and KPIs – all to tight deadlines.
  • Be the go‑to expert:
    Partner with senior stakeholders, providing data‑driven insights that shape strategic decisions.
  • Drive improvement:
    Challenge existing processes, implement smarter ways of working, and lead projects that make a difference.
  • Lead and inspire:
    Support and develop colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead:
    Ensure compliance with financial controls and regulatory frameworks while spotting risks and opportunities early.
Who We're Looking For
  • Qualified (ACA / CIMA / ACCA or equivalent)
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
  • A proactive problem‑solver with strong analytical skills and the confidence to challenge the status quo.
  • Experience in shared services and a passion for continuous improvement.
